MICHEAL D GERBER, OD

Dr. Gerber is a graduate of Ripon College and Illinois College of Optometry. He has been in practice for over 15 years, the past 11 years in Berlin. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and Wisconsin Optometric Association. In his free time, he enjoys sports and spending time with his family.

TAMMI SAWALLISH, OD

Dr. Sawallish is a native of Berlin and a graduate of UW-Madison and Illinois College of Optometry. Her areas of interest include specialty contact lens fitting and working with children. She is a member of the American Optometric Association. When not seeing patients, Dr. Sawallish enjoys her free time with her husband and 2 children.

DAVID E JOHANKNECHT, OD

Dr. Johanknecht has retired.

We are grateful for all the wonderful care and service he provided to our pateints and community over the past 4 decades.
